Description of the business

El Cortijo La Longuera, es un olivar tradicional de regadio con arboles centenarios, donde se han construido recientemente 3 casas del estilo de la zona.

Con entrada y estacionamiento independiente, cada casa se compone de:

- 1 dormitorio de matrimonio.
- 1 doble y cama supletoria.
- Salon espacioso con chimenea.
- Cocina totalmente equipada.
- Cuarto de baño.
- Lavadora.
- Ropa de cama y toallas.
- 82 m2 de superficie útil.
- Internet/wifi.
- No tenemos TV.

Desde el porche, La Alpujarra se siente, la luminosidad del sur de Sierra Nevada es contemplada desde el privilegiado clima del valle de Órgiva, a 360 m. de altitud, entre olivos y naranjos.

La Longuera se encuentra a 2 Km. del pueblo, Órgiva con 5000 habitantes dispone de supermercados, centro de salud, bares de tapas, bancos, restaurantes, etc.

Un emplazamiento idoneo para visitar la Alpujarra tanto a pie como en coche. Multitud de rutas y posibilidad contratar actividades: caballos, ascension al Mulhacén (3.482 m), ala delta, etc.

A 60 Km de Granada, La Alhambra. A 90 Km la estacion de esqui de Sierra Nevada. A 38 Km la costa.

No se admiten animales.
