Description of the business

Situada en el barrio El Prao, justo donde comienza la cuesta “les gates” y a unos 1200 metros del mar, que por cierto, puede divisarse desde alguna de las habitaciones de la casa y desde la terraza exterior.
dentro de una finca de mas de 6.000 m2 cuya entrada principal preside un castaño; también podemos encontrar una figar, manzanos y cerezos. en su entorno más próximo nogales y olmos dibujan el paisaje en el que la casa esta inmersa.
Una zona muy tranquila y apacible, y a escasos minutos de la capital del concejo, candas y muy bien comunicado con las poblaciones mas importantes de Asturias: Gijon, Oviedo y Avilés.

Instalaciones:
Cuenta con 7 confortables habitaciones todas equipadas con televisión y baño completo con secador de pelo. dispone además de un amplio salón, cocina, comedor, aparcamiento privado y una finca de mas de 6000 m2,. en su rehabilitación se emplearon los mejores y mas selectos materiales.
Las habitaciones, todas dobles, tienen dos camas o una cama matrimonial y son todas exteriores.
