Description of the business

HISTORIA

Casa Rectoral de la Iglesia Parroquial de Santa Cecilia, de Rozas de Sanabria, construida a finales del siglo XVIII y principios del XIX. Fue arrendada en 1897 y entre 1900 y 1917 fue ocupada por Pascual Ramos. A partir de ese año y hasta 1963, año en el que fue adquirida por un particular, habitó en ella el párroco del pueblo, por lo que es familiarmente llamada "la casa del cura".

LA CASA

• 3 viviendas amplias y confortables totalmente equipadas
con todas las comodidades, con capacidad para 13 personas:

1. La Sala de la Oración: 5 personas: 4 + 1 supletoria + 1 cuna.
2. Cuarto del Ama: 3 personas: 2 + 1 supletoria.
3. Cuarto de las Hostias: 5 personas: 4 + 1 supletoria.

• 4 habitaciones grandes con capacidad para 8 personas, todas con baño
completo, una con hidromasaje, TV y salón compartido para todas ellas.
