Description of the business

Casa Rural de dos plantas distribuída en cuatro apartaméntos totalménte equipados. Un apartaménto para ocho personas y 3 para cuatro pers.

Total 20 plazas.

Todos los apart. están equipados con frigorífico, microondas, TV., placas electricas, campana extractora. Menage cocina completo y lencería. Lavadoras en un espacio que hay al lado de la casa (opcional). Hacemos una limpieza semanal de la casa. Resto opcional.
La casa está situada en la AS-231, carretera comarcal, 3 KM. antes de donde empieza la subida al mítico puerto del Angliru. ( Sierra del Aramo). Cerca de casa se pueden hacer rutas a caballo organizadas.

En dirección contraría tenemos Oviedo a 10 min. y Mieres. La costa de Luanco-Candás- Gijón - Avilés a 20-30 Km por autovía.

Terraza en todo el frontal de la casa. Jardín con Barbacoa. Aparcamiento privado hasta 40 coches.

La capacidad total es de 20 plazas, y el precio entre 20-25€/ persona y dia. Partimos de 50 € el precio mínimo de dos personas. IVA. 8% no incluído.
