Description of the business

DESCRIPCION:

En la finca La Llosa, (antiguo caserío con terreno, ahora dedicado a jardín y parking privado), se encuentran La Llosa II , casa íntegra de alquiler completo con dos trisqueles.

Por su inmejorable situación dentro del valle de la aldea de San Justo, se encuentra a 10km de Villaviciosa, a 20 de Gijón y a 5 Km. de la Playa de España.

Cercana a la montaña, por donde se pueden realizar preciosos y relajantes paseos a pie o en bicicleta, deleitarse con la flora y fauna de la zona.

INSTALACIONES:

La Llosa II está construida en piedra y madera y ha sido totalmente restaurada. Aunque se encuentra dentro de la misma finca de La Llosa I (alquiler compartido, por habitaciones), cada casa cuenta con su entrada independiente y con su propio hórreo.

Dispone de patio con barbacoa, jardín, un pequeño huerto, aves de corral, aparcamiento y juegos para niños.

Consta de dos plantas, disponiéndose en la baja de zona de estar con chimenea, cocina-comedor, baño completo y dos dormitorios dobles.

HABITACIONES:

En la planta alta dispone de un dormitorio doble y otro individual, baño completo y galería acristalada.
