Description of the business

En la Casa Azul de Villaconejo se realizó una respetuosa restauración para aunar la arquitectura tradicional con ciertos toques modernos, para conseguir que sea un lugar que invite al relax y al disfrute de nuestra exquisita y abundante gastronomía.

La Casa está enclavada en el Valle de Rengos, en el Parque Natural de Fuentes del Narcea, por donde discurre el Río Narcea, río de excelentes truchas que antaño ayudó a la economía de la zona y muy especialmente a los fundadores de la casa, en donde adquirió un gran prestigio gracias a la degustación de las exquisitas truchas que pescaba el abuelo de la casa.

Estas mismas aguas mueven un antiguo molino de grano que sus dueños ponen a funcionar si alguien está interesado en ver la transformación del grano en harina.
